Ventajas

Flexibilidad para ir a la oficina 50% del tiempo, horarios mas bien flexibles, cultura abierta donde puedes acercarte a la gente y conectar

Desventajas

Paga poco, en teoria te lo compensan con "calidad de vida". Puedes aburrirte, no te aumentan el sueldo con el correr de los años en absoluto, ni siquiera para emparejar con la inflación. Muy dificil crecer y ascender, muy burocrática y lenta. Todo pasa por Zurich

Toxic culture

Unfortunately, I didn't find any advantages.

Desventajas

I interviewed for a software developer position. The interviewers were very toxic and rude — they constantly interrupted me, didn’t let me finish my answers, and snickered in the background. I was left with a very negative impression of both the hiring process and the people involved. I do not recommend it.

Highly talented professionals across different markets.

Desventajas

Inconsistent communication regarding role responsibilities and shifting expectations shortly after joining. The scope of the position changed significantly compared to what was originally presented, which created challenges in alignment and clarity. While the organization is strong, greater transparency around role definition, onboarding, unstructured processes and internal changes would help ensure a more consistent employee experience.
