Ventajas

Agile methodology (If you like working with it). Technology and Innovation culture. LGTB+ friendly. Woman in Tech inniciatives (they just founded WinTSpark). Flexible hours (depending the team). Plenty of training and certifications available. Fridays after midday with no meetings (great to focus). Company bennefits related with mobile/broadband plans, hardware discounts, Southen cross, Gym membership discount (and showers in the office).

Desventajas

Agile methodology across the business, if you don't like meetings, there will be lots. Due to this, most days will be consumed in meetings and people tent to work more earlier/later to actually work without distractions. As all big companies, security is important but sometimes will become a pain to work remote. Salary adjustments doesn't happen often, so make sure you start with a salary you're happy with. Most of the times you'll also need to work with people in other countries where time zone will slow down everything. Not impossible, but will take time to know the other pp and gain speed.
