This startup has grown very fast and with that comes growth pains

They’ll hire anyone they can manipulate

They will switch your whole schedule around without asking you. And if you can’t make it, they’ll let you go. Buses transports you to dispatch location and often runs late. No accountability here. I got let go because “I wasn’t being productive.” However we had the highest earning drivers. We were asked to relocate to an already established branch after our location got kick out one day to another due months of backed up payments. Employees world be missing money from paychecks too due to miscommunication.
