OK pay and benefits, social gatherings.
Desventajas
There is little or no management structure or evidence of planning. Huge turn over rate due to letting people go and people leaving due to stress. The crisis style of management causes burn out. Former employees don't recommend working there. You rarely receive performance reviews and there is little motivation to work hard there.
