I was on the B2B Team for a year and a half. I had a great manager and a wonderful team. Equally, every single colleague across the Senior Leadership Team, Marketing, Product, Student Services, Careers Team, HR, CEO Office (including the CEO himself), I ever collaborated with was helpful, supportive, on their A-game and a great person. Furthermore, when I communicated to my manager that I'd like to continue my employment post my move to another country, they offered me 6 months of a fully remote work arrangement even though my original contract was tied into a Dublin-based hybrid working model.
