Very bad reputation in the field due to continues changes in management strategy every 18 months. Top managerment believes in dismissing people every 18 months, creating disruption and low committed employees. As the company started as an OEM and the a consumer product, it is internet oriented. Managers don't believe in distribution channel despite they are continuously saying they love the channel. Bullocks. Permanent conflict between direct sales in internet and the distribution channel (distributors and partners). Price policy is very stupid, 95% of the deals are discounted and there is no control up to 20%... Marketing is a huge department... due to the influence of the consumer department, but they only add bureaucracy, slow decisions and no usefull at all.Sales teams are very small and they refuse to invest in sales headcount.
