High turnover and limited stability. At one point, the entire Mexico team was terminated without prior notice or severance. Employees were pressured to sign agreements under the threat of not receiving any payment, while local operations were being rapidly shut down and accounts emptied, effectively leaving no entity to hold accountable or pursue legally. Compensation practices lacked transparency, with unreliable bonus payouts and perceived inequities across teams.
