I worked for Öhlins through an external company for about 6 months as a consultant before getting hired on by Öhlins full time. I had 2 initial interviews before coming on as a consultant and then an additional one before I was hired on. The first interview was with the manager where we went over most of the key aspects of the job. The second interview was with the team and focus more on technical questions and how I would fit in with the team. The third interview was more a formality with the hiring manager and HR.
