Entrevista
There was first a screening with HR, then an hour long zoom interview with perhaps 3 or 4 various Project Architects/ Managers/ Studio leaders. They asked typical questions such as to describe specific parts of my resume and to walk them through my work samples. Lastly, I met virtually with a firm principle and HR, where they essentially told me to anticipate an offer. A few emails later I was left in limbo with no concrete decision made. It has since been maybe 2 months with no correspondence, and I think that it is common courtesy to provide a candidate with a decision after taking them that far through the process. This unfortunately left a really bad taste after what was a great experience.

The interview was standard as far as questions go, but it was like the two people interviewing had never done so before. They had few questions and could not even make small talk. Maybe they just got thrown onto it last minute, or maybe it was ego-induced, but that does not seem like the best use of time for either party. Odd experience.
Two staff came to my college campus to conduct interviews. I followed up with one and scheduled a follow-up interview. When I went in person, I was told they were laid-off that week. Seems like they have a lot of turnover.

Only one among four were engaged about the interview with cameras off. Even though I was ready to answer questions, I couldn't predict or sense what they were looking for and what to provide.
