LOVED IT, not having to do interviews for over 18 years the whole apply and interview process has changed and can be very nerve racking. Josie made this easy peasy :), the initial phone interview was very relaxing had a great atmosphere, the constant follow up on status of the process was great, there was a second phone interview with the hiring manager that went really well, then the process began, moved to a panel interview, was a bit nervous meeting a CEO during the panel interview but everyone i interviewed with, including the CEO, made it so relaxing and easy to do, I felt at home the whole time, one of the great attributes of this company and its business philosophy.
