Entrevista
I had a technical interview for a software engineering role. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which helped reduce nerves and made the experience feel more comfortable.
The interview itself was a live coding exercise where I used my own laptop and shared the screen on a TV. Overall, the process on the day was positive and professionally run.
However, after the interview I was left waiting about a month before hearing about the outcome. I eventually received a rejection email, but no feedback was provided, despite the email stating I was welcome to ask questions. I replied to request feedback but never received a response. This felt quite unprofessional and disappointing, given the initial offer to provide answers.
Overall impression:
- Positive experience during the actual interview.
- Long waiting time for an outcome.
- Poor follow-up and lack of feedback despite being encouraged to ask questions.

following the live coding portion of the interview there was a discussion were I was asked what I would do to ensure it would scale to handle gigabytes of input data.
