Stupidest Interview process I have ever attained 1. They will take aptitude test. For 30 mints 2.HR round Involves another aptitude cases scenerios. 3.HR round will also involves stupidest cases and they ask you to make logic without calculation(but within heart/brain they expect you to be doing calculation). 4.HR around also involves technical cases. 5. When asked HR about this process she said in aptitude test people copy so we ask question and cases in HR round. 6. if you are willing to waste your 4-5 hours please go ahead. (After my review you can see lot of positive review). Note:- I am not saying people are bad or company is bad but the process they follow needs an deep though. Interviewers clearly seen inexperience.
