I had a long 1-hour phone call with a recruiter, at the end of the call he assured me that everything is going great etc. On Friday late evening she sent me a huge "test task" that needs at least 4-6 hours of work, with kind of demanding note that is should be ready till Monday or Tuesday. OK..., I spent most of my weekend preparing that task, which was sent back Monday evening. As an answer I got a tiny note promising to be back with the results in a week or so. Never heard from them back (writhing this 5 months after). What a shame....

- Went through around 8-10 rounds of interviews (written/face-to-face/assignment etc) - Had a "meet the team" culture fit interview which I felt went really well - Final round was to meet the CPO, I was also told this was for culture fit. But instead I was grilled once again on so many technical product questions - which I had already answered in previous rounds and was frankly exhausted repeating myself - I waited for a week to hear back on whether my application was successful. I had two other offers which I was keeping on hold as Uberall was my first choice - Still without hearing back from them, I reached out to the hiring manager, who said that the product team was away on a product week and I'd hear back the following week (would've been nice to know this timeline up front) - Did not receive an offer. Reason: "not enough experience"
