I applied my CV and Motivation Letter (answers to 4 questions provided by trivago on their website). A few days later they got back to me with an assignment (data analysis and brand marketing knowledge) that I needed to finish prior to a video interview 4 days later. The video interview is built in a system without human interviewers, just a set of 7 questions (3 of which are revealed in advance) about the assignment, my knowledge about trivago and about marketing. More than 3 weeks after the video interview, I received an invitation to take part in a Skype interview that happened 5 days later. There were 3 interviewers each of which was talking to me separately for half an hour. There were a case study on negotiation, questions about my personality and how I deal with common challenges at work. The atmosphere was quite relaxing (apart from the case study, which is understandable). 10 days after the interview I received the offer.

they gave me one week to prepare an excel assesment to be explainad during a recorderd video interview where I was asked to answer 7 questions in 24 minutes, including the time to think about the answer and to actually answer.
