Entrevista
1. applied online for their ad on a job board
2. had a thirty minute phone screen with CEO where I will talked about my background and CV
3. had one hour interview in the office to representatives, one from RH and another from R&D

The interview consists of:
- some personality questions
- writing some code on the board (think Fibonacci difficulty)
- debugging some code examples on paper
- design a system on the board

Entrevista
Had initial phone screening call where the interviewer was quite friendly. Got invited to their office a few days later for in-person interview. There was a panel of 3 people interviewing, but the interview was limited to 30 minutes per candidate. There was a sheet of paper on the table with the names and times of all the other candidates, so I'm not sure if the pre-screening phone call was conducted for everyone. I received an email response 2-3 business days later to inform me of the outcome of the interview.
