The interviewing process was relatively short when compared to others I've done in the past (mostly for big tech companies). It was well-planned, the recruiter's emails were nice and friendly and the interviewing team was respectful and welcoming. I got contacted in late June for the position in Billund, but I didn't start the interviews until mid-August since July is a national holiday in Denmark. In my case it was hard to get any specifics about the job since the LEGO® Group has a strict policy on their IP's protection. I also had to do a design challenge as my last of 3 steps in the process, which was fun and didn't have any time constraints.
