The interview process included three steps: an online on-demand interview, an online video interview and a 2-day workshop on site, in Billund which consisted of different assignments and an in-person interview as well.

It was a bit long process but I had a really good guiding and support from the LEGO group.

Thorough 3 round interview. Starts with check with HR, second round is which designers who already do the job. Last interview mainly consist of presentation of given problem. It was lengthy but great experience after all.

Entrevista
An initial phone call from a recruiter to assess fit for the role and alignment with company ethos followed by a Zoom interview. The structure felt a bit clunky and I had to ask many questions to be told basic information regarding the framework of the recruitment process.
