This company is unethical and not at all professional. My sincere request is not to waste your precious time in this kind of company due to below reasons. Interview process took for 2 months. They will contact you first and make you hurry they need candidate urgently and they ghost you, unless you ask for further steps. After couple of days, they suddenly contact and say interview is in next 1 or 2 days. You attend. Again for more than a month no communication. You ask them for a feedback to which they respond later. They call and tell you interview is in next 30 minutes. After ghosting for couple of days, they will tell you're selected and ask to wait and ask for the documents. As you wait for the process and ask them for further steps. They say you to wait and not to worry. After couple of days, they will suddenly inform that they cannot proceed further. This was really frustrating and exhausting process for me in personal. The kind of experience I had with this company is not at all ethical and time consuming. If you still want to proceed with this company, please ask them about the projects and amount of work they have in beginning itself and keep a constant check with them or else be ready to waste your time. Don't reject other offers based on this company. I would have been satisfied if I was not selected and simple 'NO' would have even suffice me rather wasting candidate time the whole time. Please change your process. Thank you
