Entrevista
1) Submit your CV with a short reading video showcasing your English
2)Fill out and submit a test task which can be time consuming but if you are interested in the job, spend the time to fill it out and don't take weeks to submit it,
3) Short interview with HR asking simple questions.
4) Full day task that must be submitted within 24h
5) Longer interview with HR
Last interview was mostly associated with the role itself and included questions around the role and methodologies of Project management. Interviewer was kind and created a comfortable environment to have a discussion rather than storming with a list of questions.

How would you introduce yourself to the rest of the team in the first day of a project?

Entrevista
Very extended interview time. First screening, then two stages of tasks (time for one of them is one month!). The tasks have been reviewed, although the contents that I sent were not opened!
There was no feedback regarding task other than message that you've not been chosen. Considering amount of work put into the task, even slightest feedback would be appreciated.

How would you fix plug-in in a given scenario? What would be the steps to divide the task.
the recruitment consistens of 3 steps . 1 test, 2 - interview, 3- test. the first test consist of three parts ( one takes hours to complete to identify bugs, mainly doing QA) other two are rather easy . the interview itself is really easy and lasts 15 minutes, and the last test is more somewhat more tricky, also takes hours to complete and you have less time to do it then the first test.
