You'll be asked to complete a "video interview" which you might think is a video call with a real person but really you'll just record yourself answering 5 interview questions, send it in, and never hear from anyone at redpepper ever again.

Why redpepper?
What's your magic? What makes you special?
The first round of interviews is a one way video interview recording yourself answering questions, basically talking to your screen. It takes some getting used to but they give you unlimited attempts to get it right so it's not that bad.
Mainly what makes their interview process negative is that their communication is non-existent. After you complete the video interview, they leave you hanging for weeks and even when you follow up they don't reply. Just inefficient and quite frankly, rude.
