Phone interview was done and lasted a little over an hour. Some basic questions were asked about my resume and the experience I had relating to the field. In addition, he went on to ask me some basic questions about IC design and theory. The guy I was talking with was very nice and also left time at the end for me to ask questions. He also made available some extra time at the end to talk with me some more ( we were only scheduled to talk for an hour).

I applied through online and I dont know how much it took for them to turn back to my application. Then HR set a technical pre-screening on the phone with as few details as possible.
I think I did good on the phone but since I couldn't give correct answer to all of the questions HR turned with a rejection after two/three days.
I asked for their feedback about what did they think about me, and how was my performance but they didnt replied.

The First round would be a telephone screening and if your performance was good, they shall invite you over for an Onsite interview. Onsite Interview would focus mostly on fundamentals. If you are strong on your fundamentals, you would be able to do well in the interview.

At first they requested a phone screen interview. The technical questions were not very difficult but could not answer as it went deeper and deeper. After a few weeks, they invited me to the onsite interview. Overall, process of interview was well organized and quick.
