2.5 phone interviews (the half conversation was a follow-up interview) and one in-person panel interview with a role-playing portion. Arriving at the office, you'll receive a tour of the work space and join the team for lunch. Everyone is personable and wants to get to know you. During the interview, it is evident that the panelists are invested in your success. The questions are challenging but help to clarify where your expertise lies. Overall it was a good experience! They're quite proud of their sparkling water machine and will invite you to try it out with them. pMD shows that they care about each of their candidates regardless of the decision, ready to provide positive feedback and emphasis on your strengths.

The interview process was very long, however, it's a testament to show that pMD is focused on bringing on team members who are passionate about what they do and are seeking to grow their careers within the company. I worked directly with pMD's recruiter throughout my interview process and her attention to detail was incredible. She worked to ensure the process went smoothly, that all of my questions were answered and that I was set up for success throughout each interview. I had three rounds of interviews before proceeding to the fourth and final interview. I was able to chat through the role with the recruiter, speak to someone from the AE team about the role, then interviewed with the director of sales before the final panel interview. To my understanding, pMD would typically fly the candidate out to the San Fransisco office for the final interview, but because of COVID-19, the final interview was hosted via zoom. That being said, I felt as if pMD truly put in a ton of effort to make me feel comfortable - they even sent some breakfast treats the morning of! During the final interview I had the opportunity to meet more individuals from the pMD team, learn about their roles within the company and their experiences since coming on board. Next up was a panel interview with the recruiter, a senior AE and the director of sales. While it was a super long and challenging process, everyone from the team was beyond friendly and answered each question I brought to the table.
