Worst Interview faced Ever (Full wastage of 7 to 10 days). Company does not have any idea of the requirements what they are interviewing you for. If you give interview in React JS and qualify 1st few rounds and till you reach last round suddenly requirement will be changed from React JS to React Native and you are most likely to get disqualified for below reasons: 1) Ans looks copied one(because you did all your hard work and tried to keep the code clean and as much understandable as possible) 2) Because you came to interview for React JS developer and suddenly their mind changed and they wanted you to code in React Native and now you are caught. 3)Because you are honest with your answers and they don't want honest people in their organization. 4)Because they don't deserve a good candidate like you. This process takes 7 to 10 days and at last congrats you don't have a job but you surely gained a "CHEATER" tag beside your name. So, its up to you what you want to choose. First round was panya interview.. The selected candidates were interviewed at their office.. The panya interview was based on aptitude, programming and visual tests. That is personality, some aptitude questions.,reasoning questions, programming

Written test on their platform panna. It consisted of few aptitudes 2 programs and some conceptual question on OS DS etc. Technical Round on Panna. Have to write a working code on their platform. CEO Round. Interview will be taken by CEO. I was selected.
