I went through a structured and professional recruitment process with my current employer, consisting of three interviews: one with the HR manager, a technical interview, and a final discussion with the CTO. The entire experience was respectful, efficient, and transparent. The process did not take long — roughly a week and a half from start to finish — and it ultimately resulted in my accepting the offer.

During the technical stage, I was given a TypeScript task designed for a junior-level position, where I had to write basic, clean code and explain my reasoning.
In the HR interview, I was asked a number of general and motivational questions — for example, about my previous experience, what encourages me in my work, how I handle challenges, and what kind of team culture helps me perform well.

Entrevista
The call with HR was for 30 minutes, answering on basic questions (non tech). Interview was on English. No questions about residence and education. Overall was easy interview but not successful.
