I interviewed at mParsec for the Junior SQA Engineer position. The first interview focused on basic questions about my academic background, previous company, reasons for leaving, and responsibilities there. The second interview delved into SQA definitions, concepts, and DevOps-related inquiries like pull requests and CI/CD pipelines. Despite expressing a willingness to learn and the job posting indicating 0-6 months of experience, the interviewers seemed dissatisfied with any gaps in knowledge. Unfortunately, after two rounds, I was ghosted with no feedback or response to follow-up emails.
