Easy, Seamless, It was a well-structured group interview. Only 1 interview took place. It was me and 4 other candidates and we all took turns answering questions. Although the questions were relatively generic, they were very intuitive and applicable to many areas of prior experience.

What is an example of a task you completed that was not strictly listed under your job description?
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
