Il processo di selezione è iniziato con un colloquio di gruppo in presenza a Milano, incentrato sull’interazione con il cliente, l’inclusività e la collaborazione. Ogni candidato ha risposto a domande comportamentali. Dopo qualche giorno, ho ricevuto l’invito per un secondo colloquio individuale, focalizzato sull’esperienza cliente e la responsabilità personale. Il team è stato gentile e accogliente durante tutto il processo.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.
