It was a group setting with about 40 of us answered a few basic questions about customer service everyone went around and answered, it took about 3 months for them to get back to me to tell me i got the job.

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
