Went through a group interview, one on one interview and then background check. The group interview was very chill. Four of us just went around in a circle and discussed our lives. No need to be nervous! They really are interested in the individual---no trick questions! Be patient with the application process. Because lululemon wants someone who is the right fit, there are a lot of steps. Everyone has been so nice every step of the way.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
