Bizarre interview process. I was in a group interview basically competing for attention during the interview. The group interview had a total of 5 people (not including the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager) for a 30-45 minute interview.

Who is your favorite celebrity and why? If you could meet any person, dead or alive, who would it be? Who is your favorite artist and why?
The process is very direct and open. They want to know about your goals and look for people who will take initiative and are people driven. Overall a great experience.
