Applied online and answered their 11 questions. The questions are overall easy but can be a little tricky at times. There are many questions involving morals and who inspires you. The process can take a long time to complete overall. They also require one to make an account in order to apply online, that can be used to apply for any other offers hosted on that specific program, even for other companies.

Entrevista
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
