Group interview first, then one on one - lots of question about who you are versus your qualifications - they wanted to know if you as a person is a good fit for the company and the team - they offer extensive training, so personality is a big deal. Prepare a few answers about who you are, what you like, what motivates you, how you like to exercise, how do you find balance in your life, etc.

Entrevista
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

Tell us about a time that you made someone feel included.
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
