The interview process is very informal and typically starts with a group interview. Mine was held at a coffee shop local to the store I was applying to. Most questions were very personality-based.

Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
