I completed two one on one interviews for an entry level role, this was through an agency rather than applying direct. I have heard going direct is more vigorous with screenings and panel interviews.
All behavioural based questions, but they definitely want you to elaborate a lot. Some questions were very in depth and left field - not typical behavioural base. Random questions about fitness and as if they want you to have been a huge fan of yoga, athletics etc
