iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.

First there is a group interview you will be invited to upon submitting your resume online. It is extremely casual and they typical ask questions about your favorite way to sweat. The meaty stuff is how do you deal with setbacks or failures and what did you learn from this. Another top one is when was the last time you gave feedback.

When was the last time you failed at something and what did you learn from it?
Expect 2 group interviews with 6-10 candidates per group. Be prepared to share specific stories regarding conflict resolution, receiving constructive feedback, your favorite coach/boss, your biggest accomplishment, etc. Come dressed to impress with your favorite lululemon outfit and be prepared to sell it!
Amazing it was easy not hard and conducted through online platforms easy to access and have good conversation with, need to practice and search up their fabrics beforehand. Must be knowledgable about your own hobbies sports
