Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en lululemon (New York, NY)
Entrevista
You'll probably have a group interview first, during which you'll all sit on yoga mats and answer questions similar to those in the application. They'll also probably ask you to pick out and try on an outfit at the end. After the interview, they'll call your references. They will most likely require a final interview with the store manager before giving an offer- this interview will usually be a yoga or fitness class followed by a short conversation.
I know in my store, they evaluated people on three primary factors- presentation/energy, whether they were "on-brand" (athletic, health-conscious, likely to take fitness classes in the community), and their schedule/availability. They are very big on goal-setting, so make sure you can list a measurable goal you're working toward and one you've achieved in the past. If you take any fitness/yoga classes in the community, definitely mention that, since they're big on community involvement.
They'll also most likely ask why you want to work at lululemon- however you answer, I think it's helpful to show how you're a good fit with the culture they promote (goal-oriented, active, w/ integrity).
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
