I was invited to a group interview followed by a 1:1 interview the following week. They asked the group to note if we would be open to lower positions other than this role, which was a bit disappointing.

You will have multi-level current employee to interview you . It takes quite few steps to go through, so it sounded like take 6-8 weeks process. I was explained about that around 2nd phase of the interviews.

Entrevista
Very extensive interview process, but overall had a good experience. 2 interviews with different people each time. I was required to provide an information deck for the 2nd interview. Many of the questions were based up my knowledge of the company's values and culture, as well as extensive knowledge about their products and fabrics. They communicated well throughout the interview process - always letting me know next steps and staying in touch about timelines.
