You have to apply online. If you go into a store with a resume they will do a quick interview with you anyway but then ask you apply online anyhow. You are called into a group interview. My group interview was only with one other person as it was the beginning of the school year and many spaces were open. Your 'group' interview typically consists of more than two people. However for ours we sat at a table with a Key Leader and were asked a series of typical interview questions (experience, qualities, etc.) and then were asked more personality-inquiring questions (favourite way to sweat, if you were a....). Because ivivva is a sector of lululemon, experience with kids is an asset but I recommend not mentioning that your strength is working with kids. It is overused and sort of unnecessary. The person I was being interviewed with did this and did not get called back. lululemon looks for people who specifically seek out the lululemon company and culture, not those who wander around malls handing out resumes to every business. Therefore mentioning that you work at another major contender kids athletic wear company and will quit if you get called is a major no-no. They want to know that this is your only shot and you are not interested in applying elsewhere. After our group interview it took a few days but you may or may not be called back for a one-on-one interview with management. I was called back and had an interview with the store manager. At this point questions are less about qualities but more about scheduling, your extra-curricular activities, you basically are setting up the final steps before a decision is made and the manager is making sure that the Key Leader was not misled during the group interview. About a week later you may get a call offering you the position and your offer letter will be sent to you. You will have one more meeting setting up HR stuff and then your training begins!

If you were a Jeopardy category, what category would you be?
It wasn't necessarily hard, just incredibly odd.

1. Group interview - I was the only person who showed up, so it turned into a one on one interview. It was super fun. And at a local Starbucks. She invited me to go to a barre class after, but I was busy.
2. 1.5 weeks later I had an interview with the other manager. More typical interview questions than the first interview. Wasn't as scripted.
Was offered a season position, instead of the regular part time position I applied for, a month after the 1st interview. (Due to my schedule, but they knew my schedule before the first interview) They wanted a contract to be signed, and hours where not guaranteed.
