I had a phone screen, phone interview, group interview (about 8 people) and 1:2 interview with 2 managers. The I nterview felt comfortable for me but my personality matched the values of the company. The group interview was clearly very uncomfortable for others. It's important in the group interview to stand out without dominating the conversation. The interviewers appreciate authenticity and finding common ground with applicants.
They ask if you were dealing with a difficult customer how would you handle it and tell me about a past experience when you suggested something to a company to make it better

I believe there was a phone interview. There was also a group interview involved that you came in person for and they asked questions to the group and you could jump in to answer at any point. Then got request for availability shortly after the interview
