Entrevista
First, a call with human resources. Classic basic questions and a quick test of my English.
So, a technical exercise to be completed in 3/4 days. They contact me in a couple of days telling me that the feedback on the test was absolutely positive.
Then they set me up for an interview with HR and the manager (about 50 minutes) and a live programming session (about 2 and a half hours).
After these sessions, I was extremely confident about the feedback, I was sure I made a great impression. So nothing for about two weeks.
I wrote an email asking for at least some feedback, even negative, and the next day they called me saying that they had chosen to continue the process with other candidates, because they had more seniority than me.
Meanwhile, on LinkedIn they keep posting new research for the same role I was interviewed for.

The first step of the recruitment process started with the hr interview,after this there was a technical interview with two developers following by a technical exercise to make as homework in few days. After the delivery of the exercise there was another interview with the dev team, making pair programming session and finally another technical interview with the software architect.
