      Entrevista

      The process started with an initial 15-min interview, after which they send you a technical challenge to solve. You work on it at your pace, and when you are ready, you book the technical interview, which is basically a 2-hour code review of your solution, with some little live coding. If you pass the technical interview, you have a cultural interview with the team lead, who asks tells you more about the position, the team, and the challenges you would face if hired. They also ask you to talk a bit about yourself, and ask you many questions of the type "tell me about a situation in your career where you had to face some particular problem...". In general, I must say I enjoyed the process very much. I particularly appreciated the fact that they send you the technical challenge and let you work on it for a few days, just like you would actually work on a task in a real job, instead of making you pass those algorithm test against the clock as some companies do. I also liked the fact that they were fast in replying and moving to the next phase. I only waited 1 day after the technical interview and 2 days to get an offer after I had the last interview. Overall, great process.

      El proceso tomó 3 semanas. 

      Entrevista

      Overall a simple and straightforward interview process. At the start, I had a simple call with their Talent Acquisition Partner to discuss the position. After that, I had a technical interview where I had to review some code and some live coding to improve the code Then I had a call with their Engineering Team Lead, which was more relaxed and mostly cultural where we talked about my background and overall work-related scenarios All calls went great and were very pleasant. Later on the company decided that based on my background I would be a better fit in a different team so I had one last call with the Engineering team lead for that specific team after which I got the offer.

      Process involved a call with HR, a call with a developer to present technical knowledge and thought process with various exercises, and a call with the Team Lead to get to know each other, and to check if the candidate is a good fit for the company.
