Waste of time.
They had been undecided in their evaluations and kept extending interviews.
They were unclear as to what exactly they were looking for in the role. The offer also was well below industry pay.
Tech screening is conducted by a 3rd party. You talk to an AI bot. Interview is also being recorded and used for data presumably. Made me feel uncomfortable. Hope this does not become a trend.
