To keep it short and sweet it was a process that started off so well to then be completely blind sided at the end. Positive reinforcement throughout, even to be told you did a great job at each stage and to wait to hear about the final stage, to then strung along for weeks with no update and a surprise u-turn saying you weren't good enough. Complete disregard for peoples time.
