I had an initial call with a member of the HR team to discuss a little bit about myself and the role. Following this, an online interview with the team manager and another member of the team. This was a little bit of a get to know you with some competency type questions related to the role. The final round was in person at the innocent office, presenting a pre-set task. I was first offered a smoothie before presenting my task to the team manager and a member of the marketing team. The presentation was followed by some questions related to the task and some more competency questions, ending with a tour of the office and another offer of smoothies. The innocent team were really communicative throughout the process and on hand to answer any questions that arose between interviews.
