Das erste Vorstellungsgespräch hat eine halbe Stunde gedauert. Die Frau aus der HR Abteilung war nett und sympatisch und hat allgemeine Fragen gefragt. Nach dem Interview habe ich keine Rückmeldung mehr bekommen.

Got interviewed by a manager who had no idea about my profile or my skills. It was second round and apparently HR did not communicate well with either one of us which set up different expectations from both the sides. Requirements for the job description were different from my profile and Interviewer was disappointed while taking Interview as my skills were clearly not where he expected to be. This resulted in me preparing for the interview for 3-4 days and not being asked a single technical question in the technical round! For the interview scheduling and for first interview itself, I was contacted by 3 different HR persons. Clearly even after first round, they were unable to assess my skills and that resulted in me interviewing for a position which had different requirements. Also, no response after the interview for the feedback even after the request.
