Entrevista
There were a couple of test to be made on the application website (one was specific to the position I had applied for) that should be completed within a week from the submission.
Then I had only a single and technical Skype call with two seniors, no hr involved, no long presentations about myself.
I was interviewed by two iason members . asked questions on financial engineering, probability, numerical methods and a quick exercise on Python programming. The exercises were on pen and paper.

Several rounds of mathematical and deep programing. Very direct, expected low salary but high demand job and skill. The first question of the very initial interview was about "how much money you expect for the role?"
