I was contacted via email and a preliminary phone interview was scheduled. After that there was a brief delay of a week. And then a coding interview via Skype was scheduled .

C++ coding on data structures and strings , classes OOP concepts
Gave a C++ based online coding assessment. Fairly simple, filled with a few multiple-choice questions and one problem statement to solve in 1hr. After finishing the coding assessment, they give you feedback in a few days.
