Fair interview with thourough questions. Small office in downtown Newark. Interviewer was the Executive Director. He seemed really knowledgable about education and Newark. It seemed as if knowledge about Newark was as equally important as knowledge about education. Seemed like a nice place to work and seemed like the Executive Director was passionate about the work the organization was doing.
