first they called me to schedule a telephonic interview, once it was done then if they are satisfied they call for an in person interview which will be for 1 hour. They test for technical skills and also communication skills.I was interviewed by two officials and the whole process was for 2 days.It was average level interview not very hard but be confident and explain them your profile . Presentation is important
