Hello everyone ! red flags to watch out for: I went through two rounds of interviews: one virtual and one face-to-face. For the in-person round, I canceled my travel plans to visit home, attended the interview, and successfully cleared it. The interview panel was good, professional, and supportive throughout the process. but, the experience with HR was highly disappointing. The HR representative from the Chennai location, who handled the process in a highly unprofessional and careless manner. From the interview stage until my last follow-up before my last working day, she never provided a clear or concrete update. Despite reaching out multiple times, I was repeatedly told that my profile was “on hold” or that there was “no response from the panel.” Having been involved in interview processes myself, I genuinely struggle to understand how their system operates. The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic communication was frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend interviewing here or even considering this company.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days and it was completely a wonderful experience taking up interview in iopex. The questions raised by the HR and levels of Interview was very knowledgeable and it is the best one i ve ever experienced
